We monitor all platforms and services and offer an escalation path of increasing skillset from: L1 (CCNA | NSE 1&2) L2 (CCNP | NSE 3) L3 (CCIE | NSE 4) Our L1 engineers are equipped with the skills to provide immediate support as a call is logged. L2 engineers are consulted for additional support. Highly skilled L3 engineers form part of the operations centre support function to ensure calls are remediated as quickly as possible.
